Vírus transforma arquivos JPG PDF etc em arquivos .ECC

Pessoal depois de um vírus todos os meus arquivos PDF, JPG, WORD entre outros arquivos foram convertido a extensão .ECC, já aconteceu isso com alguém?
Como posso reverter? estou desesperado porque estou considerando perdido todos os arquivos.
Tentei trocar a extensão manualmente e os arquivos ficam inutilizável.
Por favor alguém de der uma ajuda a resolver.
